Crack Filling
No asphalt surface is exempt from cracks and damage caused by shifting soil, harsh weather, tree roots, and other factors. The longer these issues remain unaddressed, the more severe and costly the repairs will become.
Crack sealing is an essential part of pavement preservation and is regarded as a proactive maintenance strategy. It is the most effective method for owners and managers to extend the lifespan of their pavement and reduce the need for future removal and replacement.
The Process
Prepare the Surface
We remove any debris with a wire brush, broom, or compressed air to create a clean surface.
Apply the Material
Using a caulk gun containing crack filling material, we fill the cracks.
Finish & Cure
We even out the surface with a putty knife or trowel.
