PLM Paving and Concrete has a rich history that dates back to 1966, when we were originally known as “Parking Stripes Company” in Butler, WI. Over the decades, we have evolved and expanded our services to meet the growing demands of our clients. In 1970, we were renamed “Asphalt Maintenance and Striping” in Pewaukee, WI.

In 1987, under new ownership, “Parking Lot Maintenance” was established, marking the beginning of a new era. By 1991, we became pioneers in the industry by being the first asphalt company to utilize infrared repair technology, offering cost-effective patching solutions. In 1995, we set another industry trend by purchasing an excavator to protect sub-grade during construction, saving our clients from unnecessary excavation costs.

Our expansion continued in 1997 with the establishment of our Striping Division, enhancing our ability to deliver faster and more accurate services without relying on subcontractors. In 2002, we introduced our Concrete Division, further ensuring quality and timeliness in our projects.

In 2004, we rebranded as “PLM Paving and Concrete,” reflecting our comprehensive range of services. By 2009, we had expanded our team to include a full-time, non-working superintendent for grading and excavation, ensuring precise drainage and elevation for all projects.

In 2019, we added a Milling Division, equipped with Wirtgen machinery, enhancing our efficiency in asphalt removal and further reducing our dependence on subcontractors.

In 2022 PLM added a second milling machine to enhance the division and increase capacity to serve our clients and customers. Expanded personnel to add a full-time non-working Paving superintendent to enhance the customer experience, quality and training at PLM

In 2023 PLM joined Pave America, the nation’s largest and leading commercial asphalt and concrete paving company.

In 2024 PLM added another concrete crew, full-time Safety Manager and began offering landscape retaining wall services and concrete floors.
