Soil Stabilization
Weak or damaged soil can cause the pavement above to crack and erode over time. Stabilization techniques strengthen the underlying soil so it can support more weight and pressure on a regular basis.
The Process
Soil Assessment & Testing
We assess the composition of the soil to see what stabilization techniques and materials are required.
Stabilization Treatment
Depending on the soil’s current state and needs, we’ll either implement compaction or grading and slope adjustments. Compaction involves compacting the soil to increase density while grading and slope adjustment involves changing the soil’s slope and grade to enhance drainage.
Quality Control
We evaluate how effective the stabilization techniques are by doing routine soil checks.
