PLM’s Pave It FOREward Charity Golf Outing Presented by Zignego
Southeast Wisconsin’s Premier Charity Golf Outing Benefiting Make-A-Wish and Local Communities
The Pave it FOREward Charity Golf Outing is more than a day on the golf course - it’s an opportunity for Wisconsin businesses, industry leaders, and community members to come together and make a lasting impact.
Created by PLM Paving & Concrete and supported by generous sponsors, golfers, and volunteers, Pave it FOREward was founded on a simple belief: building stronger communities goes beyond the work we do every day.
As a company that has proudly served Wisconsin for more than 60 years, PLM understands the importance of giving back to the communities that have supported our growth. The outing brings together clients, partners, suppliers, contractors, property managers, facility managers, and local business leaders for a day of networking, camaraderie, and charitable giving.
A key beneficiary of the event is Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, an organization dedicated to creating life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses. Their mission aligns closely with PLM’s commitment to improving lives and strengthening communities. Through the support of sponsors and participants, Pave it FOREward helps bring hope, joy, and unforgettable experiences to children and families when they need it most.
In addition to supporting Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, proceeds from the event also benefit local food pantries, women’s shelters, and other community-focused organizations throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
Whether you’re a property manager, contractor, supplier, or business leader, the outing provides a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections while making a difference.
Together, we’re proving that business can be a force for good AND that giving back is always on par.
-The Zignego Team
“Giving back has always been part of who we are at PLM. Whether supporting Waukesha Food Pantry, The Women’s Center, or other local organizations, we believe successful businesses have a responsibility to strengthen the communities they serve. When Pave America challenged us to raise $15,000 for Make-A-Wish, we saw an opportunity bigger. We knew that by bringing together our incredible customers, partners, suppliers, and industry peers, we could create something truly special. Pave it FOREward is proof of what happens when great people unite behind a common purpose. Together, we’re building a stronger foundation for the future of Southeast Wisconsin.
This is just the beginning. We look forward to making Pave It FOREward a legacy of local impact – changing lives for years to come.”
-Ryan Laughlin, President & CEO, PLM Paving & Concrete
Why Wisconsin Businesses Support Pave It FOREward
Wisconsin businesses understand that strong communities create strong businesses. That’s why companies across the state continue to support the outing year after year.
For many organizations, participation is about more than sponsorship recognition – it’s about corporate responsibility, community involvement, and investing in the communities where employees and customers live and work.
The event also creates valuable networking opportunities across construction, property management, facility maintenance, manufacturing, and the broader business community – helping professionals connect, collaborate, and strengthen partnerships.
Most importantly, every participant helps support meaningful causes, providing hope, resources, and opportunities to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
At its core, Pave it FOREward reflects the belief that successful businesses have both the ability and responsibility to create positive change.
Because building stronger communities isn’t just good business, it’s the right thing to do.

The Impact of Pave it FOREward
What started as an idea to give back has quickly become one of Wisconsin’s most meaningful industry fundraising events.
2026 Event Impact:
Nearly $100,000 raised for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and local organizations
The success of the inaugural outing demonstrates what can happen when businesses and communities come together around a shared mission.
Every sponsorship, registration, raffle ticket, auction donation, and volunteer hour contributed to a larger purpose: supporting children, families, and communities across Wisconsin.
And this is only the beginning. With overwhelming support, Pave it FOREward is positioned to become an annual tradition that continues to grow its impact for years to come. Because the roads we pave may last for decades, but the lives we touch can be changed forever.
