PLM Paving completed a 2-inch mill and asphalt resurfacing project at the Yount Lot at American Family Field, restoring approximately 158,000 square feet of parking surface. The project required careful planning and coordination to complete the milling and repaving in a single day so the lot could quickly return to service for stadium operations and event traffic.
Project Challenge
Parking areas at major stadiums experience extremely high traffic volumes, particularly during events. The Yount Lot needed pavement restoration while minimizing disruption to stadium operations and parking availability. The key challenge was completing the entire milling and resurfacing process within a tight one-day timeframe, requiring precise scheduling of crews, equipment, and material deliveries.

PLM Paving executed a full asphalt resurfacing process to restore the parking lot surface efficiently and safely. Key project elements included:
- 2-inch asphalt milling across the existing parking surface
